Margaret & Leslie We have listed our house twice with 1% Realty each time with Linda acting as our agent. The first time was during a sudden downturn in the housing market. There was a glut of houses for sale and buyers were extremely cautious in such an uncertain time in the global economy. Even so we had an offer in the first week, which we declined. There was quite a lot of interest in our house but no buyers. Looking around the neighbourhood at all the for sale signs we knew we were not alone. The news was full of doom and gloom about the recession. We had our house listed for five months, during the entire time Linda worked extremely hard for us. She was positive and encouraging without being phony. We found her to be completely reliable and honest and always very quick to respond to any questions or help we requested. Considering the truly terrible time to be selling we marveled at her enthusiasm, energy and general buoyancy. During this time we received a lot of negative feed back about one percent realty. It was suggested by other realtors in particular, but also friends, neighbours and even casual passers by that the reason our house hadn't sold was because, other real estate agents will not work with a 1% agent.
